At Bauer1884, we personally select small and large farmers, cooperatives and international exporters through our experts or delegates.
They work on-site to verify harvests and crops, conservation methods and properties of the raw materials we purchase. We train our suppliers to maintain high product quality standards and ensure that each batch consistently meets the highest safety and quality standards.
Once the raw material arrives at our 8000 m2 factory in Gradisca d’Isonzo, it undergoes quarantine, is scrupulously sampled and undergoes accurate laboratory analyses.
